KOOTENAY REAL ESTATE PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICE DETAILS
Service Overview
We offer photography for real estate over a large area of the Central Kootenay including still photography, drone imaging, listing videos, and floorplans.
Still Photography
Our still photo package includes pictures of the interior and exterior of the property and aerial drone images. Interior photos are taken of every room in the house. Establishing exterior shots, and images showing the yard and land are included as well. Usually, 20-30 images are delivered. We photograph using available light with supplemental lighting for each interior shot for the most natural look. You won't see any cartoonish HDR blending here!
Drone Images
Drone imaging is included in every photo and video package. 4-6 aerial images are included in still photo packages. Establishing aerial scenes are included in your listing videos. We are Transport Canada licensed and operate our drones responsibly in accordance with local and federal rules.
Listing Videos
Listing videos showcase the property, exterior, and interior of the home, and include your branding, background music, and up to 10 informational titles. Videos are edited to 2-3 minutes, are hosted on our Vimeo account, and are available for download so you can share them on any of your promotional channels. Videos are filmed at the same time as still photography takes place.
Floorplans
Our Floor Plans have a professional and modern look, they are
easy to read, identify all rooms, and include indications of
kitchen, bathroom, and laundry fittings. Floor plans can also
highlight the location of the residence, garage, pool, courtyards, and other important external amenities. Floorplans are generated by digitally scanning the house.
Delivery Turnaround
Still photographs will be delivered in less than 24 hours. Floorplans can usually be delivered within 24 hours but can take up to 48 for a large or complex property. Listing videos will be edited and online within 3 days of the shoot date.
Service Area
Photographing properties in the Nelson area, the North Shore to Kaslo, East Shore between Riondel and Grey Creek, the Valley to Winlaw, Salmo, and Castlegar are included in the advertised rates.
Listings in Trail, Rossland, Slocan to New Denver, and the Creston Valley can be photographed for a small additional travel fee.
Multiple Listing Discounts
If you can schedule photography for 2 or more listings together, we can provide a photography discount or waive travel fees.
Multiple listing discounts can be provided if you have more than one listing, or for listings from different Realtors in your office if you can coordinate shoot dates.
Larger office discounts can be provided for a guaranteed minimum listing contract. Contact us for more details.
Commercial Listings
Rates for commercial listings are based on the size of the building and property. Contact us for a custom rate.
